1 The appellant, James Edward Dyke, Jr., was charged, tried and convicted for two counts of Robbery with a Firearm, and one count of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Case No. CRF-81-313. The jury returned sentences of ten (10) years imprisonment for each count of robbery, and five (5) years imprisonment for the car theft. We affirm.
